Job Description.

- Shanghai based paid internship with internet and technology focused boutique international law firm.

- Assist with legal research projects and translation work.

- Assist with client matters such as venture capital investment transactions, online game licensing agreements and annual reports for China companies that are listed on U.S. stock exchanges.

- Potential to be hired as a full-time associate after graduation.

- After 3 to 4 years as a full-time associate with satisfactory performance, potential to complete firm funded one year LLM program at a U.S. law school.

Qualifications.

- Law student in final year of graduate law school program in Shanghai.

- Available to work five days per week, with exceptions for time needed to complete and defend third year research paper.

- Excellent English reading and writing skills.

- Advanced spoken English skills preferred, but not essential.

- Exceptional attention to detail required.

- Passed PRC bar exam with a score of 380 or more

- Preference for interest in the internet industry and the video game sector.
