Peter GANEA

Peter Ganea is German Co-Director of the Sino-German International Economic Law Institute at Tongji University. He has been Head of the Asia Department of the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich and has coordinated an interdisciplinary M.A. programme on modern East Asian Studies at Frankfurt University. He has published on intellectual property in Asia and he has taught numerous courses on intellectual property law and law in general.

Peter Ganea是同濟大學中德國際經濟法研究所的副主任。他曾擔任慕尼黑馬克斯普朗克創新和競争研究所的亞洲部負責人，并在法蘭克福大學，在現代東亞研究中協調開展跨領域的碩士項目。他已發表關于亞洲知識産權和 競争法的文章，并教授許多知識産權法和一般法律課程。
